Preparing to Book
When booking through our online system you will get to select a specific room. However many of our rooms are comparable and based on a number of factors (overbooking, maintenence, life!) we may need to change your room. Please note in the comments if you have selected your room based on a specific reason (i.e. first floor, your favorite, need a tub, etc.) so if we do need to make an adjustment we can be sure to accommodate your needs as best we can!
You are required to provide a card when booking however we will not charge your card until you check in or in the event our cancellation policy applies.
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours. If you cancel before 72 hours there will be no fee. Within 72 hours we reserve the right to charge for 50% of your stay. No shows or day of cancelations are subject to 100% of total charges. We completely understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you!
We are pet friendly! A $60 fee per stay per pet will be applied for guests who book one of our pet friendly rooms and plan to bring a four-legged friend with them. We also have complimentary poop bags, dog beds, and water bowls if needed. No promises we won't end up liking your dog more than you!
